Current TV's camera's follow, Steve Morlan as he attends a boot camp for men who have difficulty attracting and talking to women. We observe his training and attempts in the 'field'.

They are approaching women with the same mindset of someone going west for gold. Of course a class like this is a complete waste of time and energy. No book or tutorial is going to teach someone how to overcome shyness, doubt, or fear. What these guys need to do is swallow their fear and do it anyway. Forcing Steve (who seemed like a real sweetheart) to approach women was probably the only thing which made that 'pick up course' worth it.
Nice job on the pod.
Interesting question though:
I wonder if a course like this for women would be as successful?

Someone told me that a PUA course for women does exist. I've been researching like crazy but just can't find anything. If anyone ever hears of one let me know as it would make a fascinating companion piece. I have a feeling they might be more successful!

haha yes I would love to see that companion piece. Actually, I personally feel like a course for women wouldn't be as popular. It'd be an interesting pod.
