I would not want to be on that boat.
Yes to make a fair point; there is no moral high ground left to take. A suicide bombing might seem politically motivated, but the person carrying it out it is just insane, be it politically motivated or not.
Are both of these strange phenomena a tragic case of mass manipulative madness with people trying to use the m to polarize opinion on both side of the coin?

I think this is a side effect of the cancer that has taken hold of the seats of power throughout the world. The intense oppression of the human spirit is exploding in the most inappropriate and tragic ways. People are being pushed to the brink as the world become less valuable in their eyes and life less worth living.
Death becomes a haven from the terror that is generated by the oppressive growth of the cancer.
Greed is the cancer that plays both sides against each other perpetuating the endless conflict that fuels the money machine. This process in the religious extremists creates the insanity in the sheep that are being manipulated through intense fear and promises of eternal salvation after death. While for those who are a little more educated and not very religious pushed to desperation and retaliation as they are stripped of their humanity; their compassion and conscience.
