I think it's wrong to assume that frequent sex = fixing your marriage. ...Should the church meddle in what goes on in the bedroom?

the Church meddles in whatever it wants to, and the sheep follow the herd. But I think equating more sex with a better relationship is fallacious, bordering non-sequitur.
Now, better sex with a better relationship, MAYBE.

Well, it's important to note that, according to this little proposal, married couples are expected to have sex once a day, and the "or no sex at all" part is reserved for unmarried members of the congregation.
It may all seem very Victorian -- courtship for the unmarrieds, and wives fulfilling their wifely obligations -- but I'm not all that annoyed. One engaged couple notes that the challenge will give them a chance to know each other better as people, and I do think that's nice.
(It's also well worth noting that, if people really, really want to keep having sex -- or keep NOT having sex, or whatever -- nothing a pastor says will really influence them one way or the other, will it?)

what about having sex you you feel it simply!
We have quite a good sexual relation with my friend but never a HAS to do, it kills all romance, start to be as eating or washing.-

Sex is not a quick fix to a bad relationship. This is like a "my buddy Jesus" scenario!
