The RSPCA is announcing a series of major investments as it appoints Mark Watts as its new chief executive...with new ideas for Inspectors. I've nothing wrong with that, but I've been building up my knowlege into that carrer for when I'm 22! I have extra research now!

  • its awful how dogs... and many other animalsof course are being treated .... its just awful!!
