Five thousand miles from home, President Bush found his true love—baseball.
Standing at home plate in a tiny ballfield at Ghana International School, Bush exclaimed: "Welcome to T-ball in Ghana. ... Play ball!"
It was only a one-inning game sandwiched around a rendition of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame," but it was long enough for Bush to get in the mood. He sat with a red-shirted team called the Little Saints and cheered the players and their opponents, the Little Dragons.
