MPs brought a cardboard cutout of Prime Minister Kevin Rudd into Parliament yesterday in a protest against vaunted five day working weeks. Four opposition politicians were escorted from the building during the ruckus, with proceedings suspended twice.
With Rudd spending the day visiting an indigenous community hard hit by recent floods in Queensland, the politicians put up a very low show for mature politics.

Oh my gosh - I can't decide which is worse...Maybe this little punch-up is a healthy way to let off steam in what is probably one of the most pressurized - and divisive - jobs outside of the media. Should politicians be deplored for acting so disgracefully or is it only natural?
