Why do we all work so much, we spend an average of 8 hours a day working, which after sleep leaves us only 8 more hours to ourselves. That's 1/3 of your entire life and 1/2 of your waking life! Maybe it's time to give the process a re-think, and here's some inspiration to help you...

  • Living to sell yourself and your time and your life, just to buy it back on the weekends. We spend our childhoods training to be miserable, and the rest of our lives being slaves to pay for things that only cost more money to keep up. We are conditioned to sell our lives to we can accomodate lifestyles that kill us and our Earth. Henry ford is the devil. Our alienation from eachother and the natural world is killing us. To quote Chris Mccandless from Into the Wild "...I think careers are a 20th century invention and I don't want one."

  • We work because money is the incentive. Money is the incentive for self-slavery. Money is a strategic application for the maintenance of social control, but we aren't all aware of that, because of the deep sub-conscious conditioning and deception that causes us to believe that only money can create our reality as pertains to comfort, security and shelter, so, to a degree the world has substituted GOD which is the source of all creation for money, hence depression, greed, suicide, murder.

  • Obsessive compulsive behavior stems from the unsatisfied yearning of the soul for the source ''GOD'', but since people have substituted 'GOD'' for money, we attempt to satisfy this yearning with the excessive consumption of material, cloths, food, media, sex ect. and these obsessions only distract us, which in turn leaves the soul neglected and unattended hence the ''Void'' that people often times refer to when describing their emptiness. The soul has essentially ''withdrawn'' in a state of dense contraction, this is the tight feeling that people refer to as the ''void'' but it isn't a void, the soul is actually in a state of dense contraction, because the soul withdraws itself from what is detrimental or contrary to it's nature.

  • i had the privilege of an alternative academic upbringing that prepared me for a collegiate path uncommon to most. i studied philosophy, physics, and psychology (yes, triple major) and minored in mass communication while hobbying educational technology (giving lectures via distance learning, etc).

    my thesis, "time in human consciousness," required me to bury myself in the library reading catalogs after catalogs of all things 'civilization' including GOD, gods, atheism, pantheism, illuminati, kaballah, freemasons, rosicrucians, popol vuh, ancient calendars, knights templars, mein kampf, communist manifesto, existentialists, science journals, etc...etc...

    needless to say, i started becoming insane. knowing that we are against invisible forces beyond human comprehension made me realize that the only salvation from it all is to channel the Self into and out of the self. as i became better at listening to the universe, i've come to understand that all of the 'evil' in the world can be neutralized by the recognition of LOVE.

  • the more i did this, the more i understand (GOD), which is neither benevolent nor existent, as evidenced by all the 'evil' created by the parties mobius2012 mentioned, who are all 'GOD' worshipers.

    still, as i recognize my existence as a young dad, working class, and artistic(?), it is apparent that, in order to survive, i need to work in order to keep my child alive and secure so that i can feel LOVE (GOD) selflessly and with profound devotion.

    we can banter about conspiracies all day long and point at who is evil and who to blame, but we still need to work those hours unless we make our currency stronger and consume less. yes, i agree with mobius2012. he's got the history part right. but, GOD, to me, is made in the image of MAN and can differ with every man or woman accordingly.

    so off to work i still go.

It saddens my soul to hear individuals dismiss the existance of a divine creator, the ultimate source of life that vivifies us and inspires us to live, to wake up everyday and work to sustain the ones that we Love, and you've made a key point pressrecord, the transcendental secret that sums up the meaning of life, LOVE, because LOVE overrides all concepts, ideologies and philosophies, GOD is quintessentially LOVE, why? because LOVE desires to Sustain all of its properties, and we have inherited this quality, and it is this state of being that unifies us all...

  • PressRecord, I wasn't assassinating your character, because I don't know you well enough to do so, and even if I did, I wouldn't, rather, my remarks were based on the implications of your initial statements, which hurt me because I know that there is a SOURCE, and that SOURCE innocently yearns to vivify all life, and it pleases me to know that you understand. So often am I faced with peoples ignorance that I succumb to frustrations, hence the statements I withdrew, and I withdrew my (immature) remarks because it isn't in my nature to speak in such a manner. We must be aware of societies design and the sinister systematics employed. Work to sustain the ones you LOVE and not to contribute to the ones you ''OWE'' because the ones you "OWE'' have intentionally put you in a position of debt, in order to maintain the systemics of control.

  • thanks for your kind words and wisdom, mobius. i know that both of us, among everyone else, are steadfast in promoting the goodwill of humankind over the tyranny of others. and, both of us, are warriors all the same, fighting to awaken the blind and misguided. i understood that first and foremost and i should be less cynical in this forum because deep down i agree with you.

    my online personality does need checking once and a while. i make smart alec (and sometimes grossly immature) remarks myself all because humor (and sarcasm) deadens the pain of the truth. i'm guilty of that for sure.

    please don't stop revealing the truth you've uncovered and i'll do better to make clever remarks instead of being a smart ass.

    meanwhile, there seems to be a call for an understanding as to why we are so enslaved by this system. the time may be ripe for a mass awakening. let's get to work.
