Hillary Clinton has been lashing out over a mailing sent out by Barack Obama's campaign undermining her health care plan.
Obama has now responded, saying her anger is little more than a tactical move and that he doesn't understand the sudden ire over the mailings that have been around for about a week.
I guess negativity and attacks work...look no further than the Swift Boat for proof. But I was so hoping this year would be different, especially in the primary. The Democrats aren't even facing the Republicans yet - I guess it's just gonna go downhill from here?

She doesn't do herself any favors with these rants. The mailings were right on target. Her health care plan sucks. She advocates for NAFTA, and it is destroying our middle class. Shaking her finger and ranting will not change the facts. Shame on Hillary. http://current.com/items/88850559_this_is_the_universal...

Both health plans suck. They haven't got enough courage to take the for profit insurance companiers out of the mix. We will never get true universal health care until that is done.

The whole thing is ugly. We can all agree with that. Worse yet, this thing reeks of double standards. Hillary Clinton had no troubles flooding New Hampshire residents with mailings on Barack Obama's Pro Life position during the Primaries. Did he make any attacks? -

turns out saint obama didn't get it quite right -
Is it necessary to refer to Barack Obama as Saint Obama. Not trying to offend anyone here. Besides...you're right, he had this one wrong, very wrong. I think what all of the comments here convey is the overall disappointment on the part of both candidates. The clear inability to set a higher precedent. Barack Obama should have avoid this, but instead he fought back Clinton style. Given this....I ask, what makes Barack Obama a new face in Politics?

I read that and it says neither one have a true universal health care plan. So why is Obama the one that got it wrong? They both have it wrong. Hillary's husband signed NAFTA into law and she refused to even say she would fix it. Obama has promised that he would.

My apologies. What I was trying to say is that Obama was wrong to adopt attack policies already used by Hillary Clinton. We've already seen Senator Clinton go low, but were we expecting that from the Obama camp?

One reason they allow them in is to break the labor unions. Even if you don't belong to a union, wages are set by union wages. If they go so does the middle class. Thanks NAFTA!
