Visa Inc. has its sights on generating the largest proceeds ever raised in a U.S. initial public offering, proposing a whopping $18.8 billion deal that will likely begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange within the next several weeks

Depends on how you define "big". Size-wise, sure, but what about buzz?

yeah, i kinda doubt anyone could generate as much buzz as google.
it helps when you pwn the internet and 7 of the 9 planets in the solar system...yes, pluto is still a planet and has yet to be annexed by googleplex...so they're is hope.
