Pakistan lifts ban on YouTube web site

Apparently, Pakistan officials have lifted the ban on the YouTube saying that the offensive materials have been removed.

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority was ordered to unblock the site on Tuesday.

YouTube was originally banned because of a trailer for a Dutch film that portrayed the Koran as a fascist book.

YouTube says that particular link to the Dutch film trailer was removed after it received flags from the YouTube community, and determined that it violated the web site's terms of use.

What would be interesting to know: What were the terms of use that the link/trailer violated (doesn't almost anything go on YouTube, e.g., 2 girls 1 cup )?
