Buffalo Soldiers California are an African American bike club that ride Harley Davidsons and Indians, represent family, community, brotherhood and intergenerational fun. Named for the famed and fearless Buffalo Soldiers, historic African American soldiers of the 9th and 10th Calvary who helped settle the American west, this group teaches the history of those soldiers and embodies their strength and commitment. Through their work in the community, they raise money to combat breast cancer, feed and clothe the homeless while maintaining a club on Jefferson and Crenshaw Blvd. that welcomes motorcycle riders from all over the southland. You can partake in Soul Food Tuesdays and vote for your favorite bike. This group is progressive because it was founded by the first black woman president of a motorcycle club, the infamous Isis (who passed away in a tragic accident.) Check out Smooth, Babee Girl, Soldier, Diamond, The Jacks, Ms. Blue and Pyro among others
