Trisha Posey has lived much of her life unable to get out of bed some days because of a joint disorder that doctors could not diagnose or fix. Then afer giving up on traditional medicine Trisha tried some more natural healing methods and a form of massage therapy, both were part of her miraculous recovery. Trisha runs and embraces her good health as a way to show God her appreciation of the miracle he provided her.

This is awesome. Truly inspiring story. Thanks for sharing it with us.
As a pod, though, it needs more visuals. It is a pod about her story, but try to find more B-Roll or ways to cut from her speaking to things she is speaking about. You do so when she references certain areas of her body, but get creative with it. The running footage at the end is great. The music is great. Just find ways to visualize her story more.
HOARY HOLISTIC MEDICINE! Keep a look out for my next pod in March or April "Health In Harmony." You might like it.

Pat have you ever thought of using some motion graphics on the interview to make it a little more dynamic? It was recorded all at one frame size. It's possible to change the frame size, move a bit over the frame -- in the editing. You've heard of the "Ken Burns" effect? Try it. It's a good interview you have, just a little flat because it's all the same.

Those dolly shots look good for being in a jeep. They must have nicely paved roads around there. Good pod

Pat very nice pod, it is like Nico said a very inspiring story. I love the running shots, may be if you can get shots of her doing things different than running to mix with the interview would remind us how much we need our extremities to go on with our lives.
Great Job!-

Really great story. I loved the time you took to get a lot of b-roll and that the b-roll is relevant and not redundant. I especially like the closeup shots of her joints while she's talking. I might consider switching the music up a little. The first track was a little eerie sounding for the piece. It could be effective to bookend your piece with music. In other words, use music in the beginning to get viewers into the piece and then pull it out at an important byte or at a transition so that the viewers' are pulled into the piece again by the silence and then by the music picking up again at the end. Great story though and very well shot.
