The mother was unlawfully arrested and imprisoned by police and the mere say so of CAFCASS.

Police turned up in the middle of the night, to arrest and imprison the mother.

We salute Dai Davies MP who raised an EDM on the process and procedures of CAFCASS, on the basis that you are INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY.

Isn't it a shame that the Secret Family Courts and CAFCASS need to be reminded of that Concept of Justice.

  • How typical, a court orders a mother may write to her child and yet the cafcass guardian decides otherwise.

    And what happened to the cafcass guardian, surely he lost his job??

    No he is still the guardian on this mothers case.

    There's justice for you, they didn't even take him off the case.

    You can imagine how fairly this mother is being treated now can't you?
