What a powerful pod. I cannot imaging what the people have to go through living there.
Sources have stepped forward recently to claim that the Kenyan government allegedly sanctioned the post-election violence. They say that meetings were undertaken between senior government figures and the banned Mungiki militia at the Kenyan presidential residence.
According to the BBC, the alleged meetings were aimed at hiring the militia as a 'defence force' in the Rift Valley, a region renowned for being home to the president's Kikuyu community.

I realize this is truly tragic circumstances...however, I can't help but to feel like we are being bombarded with this message that says....this is what the violence looks like if you don't accept the results of corrupt or stolen elections...
go to sleep and forget about who is stealing your elections...
How many more people below the poverty line will make our "election" process look like this?
