Salar de Uyuni is the world's largest salt flat. It is located in the Potosà and Oruro departments in southwest Bolivia, near the crest of the Andes. When it is covered with water, the Salar de Uyuni reflects the sky. It truly is a sight to behold.

That is amazing! Here's the wiki on Salar de Uyuni. Because of it's size and surface it's often used as a testing target for callibrating remote sensing instruments on orbiting satellites used to study the Earth. It's like a gigantic grey card on the ground. I want to go! -

What an amazing sight to behold. A great addition to any tour of Earth's natural wonders.
