Go to Amsterdam, but just don't take your dog with you.
Renowned for its 'liberal' approach to sex and drugs, many see Amsterdam as the sex capital of Europe, but it has come under fresh criticism this week after the city's council has sanctioned a law that will now allow heterosexual and gay couples to have sex in one of the city's most renowned parks, Vondelpark.
The law has come under criticism from an unlikely band of protesters, dog owners, who are outraged that they are to be banned from letting their pet pooches run freely around the park, in case they 'pee on whatever they see.'
One displeased dog owner is quoted as saying "As long as the park has existed, we've been allowed to let our dogs run freely. It's outrageous that we will be punished from now on but public sex won't."
The question I want to know, can dogs still have sex in the park?

what in god's name is the reason to allow people to have sex in that park?
are they already having sex in there?
if that's so, they didn't mind dogs before so why now right? -
poor little doggies........ but people gotta screw... right... and the kinkier the better...

people feel that sex in public areas is more exciting it gives a boost to the relationship. and its even better when you know that there is that possibility of getting caught.
But not letting dogs run free because they will pee is just silly. if the reason was not letting the dogs off the lead "because they pooh" and the owners dont pick it up. well who is to blame for that.
And even if they stopped people from having sex in this park they will still do it... you just wont know about it. its surprising where you can have sex these days!!-
