An investigation into how a man was able to get onto Heathrow Airport runway in the current political climate is probably in the pipelines.
The Queen is reportedly still attending the grand opening of the controversial Terminal 5 tomorrow. More at the link:

Sky are reporting that security is supposedly tight at the moment due to the grand opening of the controversial Terminal 5 tomorrow, which will see the Queen in attendance.
Reports on the man involved in the security breach are still limited but a Sky reporter explains:
"What we know is that it was a lone man and he was carrying a rucksack, which is worrying in itself" he said.
"And he was determined to get airside."

The BBC have helicopter cam footage.
From the sounds of things, it's not the first time a breach like this has happened. Good to know they're really on top of the whole 'stop people being able to get access to the runways' game.
The BBC reports:
"Norman Shanks, a former head of security at airports operator BAA, said it was not the first time a person had climbed over airport fencing.
He said it often transpired they were drunk or mentally instable, and occasionally they were protesters."
