I was at Jelly a few weeks ago, this certainly attracts a cool and smart group of people.

What an interesting concept! The pod does well in explaining what Jelly is and where it came from, but I think it could have benefited from making the conflict a little more explicit. I understand how the social aspect is beneficial in that it harbors collaboration, but if I had heard more specific issues each worker had from working at home it would have made me understand the motivation behind attending a Jelly session. For example, what is it about their work-at-home jobs that collaboration makes easier? I heard one guy talk about how work that takes weeks was reduced to hours with Jelly, but how? More detailed testimonials might have made the increasingly popular concept of Jelly make a little more sense to me, but I also understand the limited time factor of pods. That aside, though, I like how you explored the issue, and Tony does an excellent job at explaining Jelly and is a great on-camera presence. Cool stuff!
