With immigration such a hot topic, I spent the day with the minute men to see the current status of our southern border. What a day it was!

  • Great video - well done! Great job in reporting facts and not opinion. This is what more Americans need to see! A non-biased view of what it happening with illegal immigration. It is nice to see something done so well without media hype! You have a career waiting for you in documentary/journalism! Keep them coming!

  • Most white people are afraid to show their hatred for afro americans so they decide to jump an the immigration bandwagon. It is organized racism under the cover of national security. We need to control illegal immigration but not at the cost of discrimination. Most white americans are descendants of someone who more than likely immigrated here illegally. I think if the minutemen are sincere Why not go to Miami or NewYork where the problem is growing fast.

  • First of all it is unfair to say "most white people are afraid to show their hatred for afro americans" - that is so sterotypical...in fact you are showing racism yourself. Most "white people" do not show "hatred" to "afro americans" because we do not have any! Period! It is so sad that people jump on the "bandwagon of race" to try and make a point! The law is the law, regardless of what color one may be....it applies to everyone. There are "bad" white people, black people, brown people, red people...you name it! To take what is sensationalized and make it about "racism" is preposterous! This country has come a long long way since the beginning. Frankly, I believe that the "illegal aliens" here from Mexico are some of the hardest working people in America...they will take jobs that "we" Americans are too proud to do! They take care of their families by sending almost all their money back to Mexico and living her in near poverty! They should be given work visas and allowed to remain. As far as "white americans" immigrating here illegally, have you ever heard of Ellis Island? That was doing it the right way! And....more importantly - take the descriptive "color" word out of Americans. We are all Americans, not white Americans, Black Americans, Brown Americans.....just Americans!! I would venture to say you will never hear "white" people claiming they are "white American!" yet, black people do...why? WE are all Americans, maybe if black people would stop accentuating the word American with a descriptive color word.....we can all live at peace as Americans in a great country!

  • The sad thing it is sterotypical and america is divided in to color lines. If we was not we wouldnt be having this discussion.Maybe it depends on what we see on a daily basis that drives our opinions. Ellis Island was a gateway for "white Immigrants". We can debate this all day! My community is diverse and the people who reside here would agree with me 100% . So I figure we would be considered racist or un american in the eyes of ''White Americans''. This country is great and I do not want have someone believe that I am against it! But you have to look at things in a different light and see the blatant discrimination that is being given to ''Brown People From Mainly White Americans'' Oh And im white/hispanic! and i do not live in a gated community!

  • I must disagree with marcih on one thing. Whites still hate blacks, but show it in a undercover way. Trust me when i tell you, I live in the northern part of California. Yes, California, land of the liberals. Not in Northern California. I live in Butte County and they are very racist here. So when you say white do not hate blacks, try living here? Black said Africian-Americans because it was better that negro or colored. The media encouraged such differances. Do you not remember in the 80's the commerical that had different children on stating that the were mexican-american or african-American etc. It was part of having pride in you culture. Guess who made us feel this way.
