Now now, there is no more important news than a sex scandal! After all it's the only way to destroy a polititian these days, you can prosecute a war terribly, violate constitutional law, run up massive debt, out covert agents, release classified NIE details that fit only your point of view, and warrantlessly wiretap American Citezens, and nothing will happen to you. Oh and you can even be in both the lesislative and executive branch at the same time and be beholden to neither, that's my favorite.
Yet if you are secretly gay and get busted or participate in expensive one night stands in your personal life watch out! Though you can still advovate for same sex mairrage bans while having a gay son or daughter, just can't be gay yourself. Or obscenely straight for that matter. Or if you are a woman wear a dress it seems if you want to hold high office. Sex sells it seems, and it mostly sells negative gender stereotypes, shame, and hatred.
Gotta hate...errr I mean love the media. -
I love our government...
3-somes, sex scandals, call girls, money, and probably drugs...
Hmm... what's next? STD's?-

hey good point ocanada, who cares if some officials get laid when there is possibly the worst president in office obscenely violating human rights and common sense. with spitzer's case it is a bit ironic that he did denounce prostitution only to be found guilty of using it.
when you say
Oh and you can even be in both the lesislative and executive branch at the same time and be beholden to neither, that's my favorite.
are you refering to dick cheney? or someone else? -
Well I couldn't find any constitutional scholars who argued that point.

It doesn't matter - they're all a bunch of two faced lying baxturds.
They would prosecute and throw you in jail for spitting on the sidewalk - because as they claim, YOU want them to be tough on crime!? But, like Delgadildo in Los Angeles, there is a multi-tiered system in place. Public officials, like Rice Dick Rove 'n Bush can perpetrate violations of the law and Constitution, but aren't held accountable for it.
The Fox is watching the hen house - from the top down.-

I think Spitzer should be treated like any other elected government official and be pardoned by the President.
Did you notice the Stock Market went UP when Spitzer was caught?
Yes, it means the only guy holding anybody accountable has been forced to resign for an illegal act about 1/1000th as egregious as Bush's war crimes.-

Under: What other questions we need answered
What I, and I'm sure many if not all others want/need to know now, is whether Spitzer et al wad up or fold their toilet paper before they wipe and if their stools float or sink to the bottom. Do they grunt during elimination and/or sex? Are the females screamers? Have they ever used Preparation H as directed? Do they mind if the food on their plate touches? What prescriptions are they and their extended families taking? What are their ancestors' medical histories? Also, how often these current and former public officials floss? And lastly, what is the url to their 24/7 bedroom webcam, and the video of their last colonoscopy?
Don't care to know? What is your problem?
