Informative - I never knew such an addiction existed and that the addiction is actually part of a much larger disorder (eating disorder). It would be great if the pod can address the differences between a person who really likes to exercise (i.e. athletes) and an exercise addict. A strict exercise regime brings to mind professional athletes and so it would be great to see the difference between the two. I never heard of the addiction and I think it's great that this pod addresses this issue.
