I couldn't let Forrester analyst Charlene Li go without dishing on what Web 2.0 companies are really building great companies and who is just plain takeover bait. No surprise, Facebook is one of the only innovators out there in business model, according to Li. Her message to the rest? Google ads and subscription fees are only going to get you so far. It's not just your product that needs innovation. What about that business model? Also, her thoughts on why Google seems to be having such a hard time monetizing MySpace.
