This is pretty cool. You might try picking it up right after "3 Months Earlier...".
By way of surprise, the viewer gets a better payoff with the end results.
If you tighten up the midsection; the building of the equipment/instrument, you can place a longer section of the music in motion at the end. That way, we can enjoy the show like the folks that were there.
One other thing. The music is so unusual (Marimba-like?) that it can play a lot more in the background before we see what's actually playing it.
Just some thoughts.
I like the concept a whole lot. Good work, so far. -
reminds me of some of the stuff the dudes over at LEMUR labs have been working on. great pod! more music in the background during interviews would be awesome!

Looking good dude. I would have footage of him explaining it not at the wrap event at all because the audio just isn't as good. Use the shop explanations more and use more b-roll, inserts, footage from Absolut, etc. to keep it more interesting then a single long shot explanation. I think this would be much better if you don't allow yourself to go past 4 minutes.

Definitely better, and I think this should totally go to air on Current, but you still need to be more ruthless with your cuts. No MC introducing them at the ceremony, shorter interview in the middle (cut over b-roll, get some ambient marimba music to tie it together/reduce buzz, etc.)... But yeah, this is definitely getting there, and is such a great topic it deserves to look its best.
