  • Good luck Rob... check out this amazing, funny pod about a comedian called Carlos, who left the Dominican Republic to learn English and do stand up comedy in Los Angeles...

  • What's that old adage -- dying is easy, comedy is hard? Well Delaney is definitely living proof of that. Great central character that is inspiring not just because of what he has overcome, but also because of his passion for comedy, which is established at the very beginning of the piece. Rob's inner obstacles are very well presented, but I would have liked to have seen more about the true struggles of trying to become a stand-up comic. Despite the fact that he's just starting out, he seems to be getting a lot of gigs. I'd definitely be interested in seeing a follow-up pod and see what Rob is up to in the coming months and years. Good stuff.

  • Its great. its amazing. its gritty and real and funny. I was thining to myself "this lacks the raw emotions that thomas's other work" and then he started talking about his back story. great job.

  • Sorry ... this guy was so painfully unfunny I had to change the channel. I assumed you would show your A material for this clip but it was horrible. I give you A for effort, but effort's not gonna put food in your belly. Even the audience response was weak. I think I heard the crickets after 1 joke...unless it wasn't over yet - i truthfully couldn't tell when the punchline hit.....Noble effort to follow your passion but you need to do some introspection....otherwise, good luck !!.

  • i really like what this guy had to say about addiictiion and overcoming it with comedy, and keeping a positive sober outlook on things. it also puts everyday goals into perspective in a positive way.
