"Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis accused a federal judge Tuesday of targeting him for retribution, saying he is behind a new lawsuit that accuses Francis of filming underage girls in sexually provocative acts.

Francis said U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak and Smoak's former law partner, Ross McCloy, are targeting him because his company met with a consulting firm about taking steps to impeach Smoak and have him removed from office.

"Girls Gone Wild" is a series of videos showing young women exposing themselves, often at events like Mardi Gras and spring break. Francis has sold millions.

If he's being targeted, it's just karma in action. Sorry, you lose at life.

Oh, yes. How dare anyone try to sue a guy who makes his living exploiting young, drunk girls. Clearly, they must have some vendetta against him.

Personally, I hope he ends up losing his millions.

People may not agree with what he is doing, but this is still an injustice.

I personally do not care for GGW, but I do think his rights should be protected.

No Judge should be allowed act unjustly. And if the judge is behaving this way towards him, who\what's next?

I agree RonTayan - injustice is not karma. Injustice undermines the security and freedom of us all.
