Sleep-deprived?!? Seriously? Even though she has talked about her Bosnia trip in the same manner at least twice. Was she sleep-deprived then also? Does she think she'll be able to catch up on her beauty rest when she is President? If she is constantly lying due to lack of sleep, do we really want her picking up that phone at 3am?

  • Great point about the 3am phone call. Well, maybe in a couple of weeks she can take a nice long rest and let Obama run (and beat) Senator McCain.

  • Hillary was in fact told before she landed that Snipers were in the Hills around the location were they were to land.

    Thats why there was a large amount of ground forces in the area. I was a Hot Spot.

    She did write in her book the account of the Bosnia landing.

    It was 12 to 15 years ago. With Obama it was 4 four days. First 3-14-08 then 3-18-08.

    And again she was the First lady she was not the President at that time her husband President Bill Clinton was.
    Look you all are judging her as if she had been.

    And yes she went to Bosnia, she did that that's what I would call foreign experience that Obama does not have.

    Remember 911, After the attack there was not one US citizen that did not want to go after the one that attacked us.

    Remember the Towers, The Death, what was done to this Country, and Obama says he did not vote for the War? Everybody else did but he didn't. Why?

    Bin Laden wouldn't have voted for the War either.

    Why did she lie when she said she ran from the plane with her head down? Why did she lie when she said that the greeting party had to be "moved inside"? And if it was such a Hot Spot, like you say, why in the world did she bring her teenage daughter?

    She lied about his on several occasions.

    Now we've all seen your posts. You've been very hard on Senator Obama. Why do you hold Obama to a higher standard than you hold Senator Clinton? Your only excuse seems to be that it was 12 to 15 years ago (it was 12). What year is the cut off date when it's becomes okay to lie about an event you are using as justification to become President?

    You (and others) have swung your moral outrage around this thread over the Pastor Wright situation like a club, yet when Hillary repeatedly lies about this (and let's not forget about NAFTA and her bringing Peace to Ireland...Lies two and three this week), you seem to think it's no big deal. Funny that.

    And as to your comment:

    All I can say is that this is an open forum and I try to respect anyone who wants to make their opinion heard. But this is one of the stupidest remarks I've seen on this or any board. There are people who post here who I might disagree with (Janforgore and Atruleader to name a few) but who have legitimate comments and who make all us smarter and better informed by engaging in the debate.

    You are NOT one of them.

    A lot of people voted for the war, but are now against it. Maybe because they now belive that they were being misled. Perhaps Obama didn't vote for Iraq because he wasn't blinded by the rage that ensued after the attacks.

    Also, so what if you, your family and your friends are voting for Hillary. Who a group of people are voting for means nothing. I'm sure a lot of people are gonna vote for McCain. So what?

    Oh, and for the record, we have quite the pick this season. To tell you the truth, It wouldn't suck too much to have McCain either.

    Whenever your voting for a politician, you're ALWAYS voting for the lesser of two evils. They're politicians for christ/mohammeds/flying spaghetti monster's/how the hell do you spell spaghetti's (among other things) sake.

  • The pilot of the plane that flew Hillary to Bosnia was on the radio yesterday. He claimed that everything Hillary said was a lie.

    Maltestian, you said that we are judging her as if she were President and not the First Lady then. She is running to become President of the United States and her main argument is that she has been tested and had a lot of experience. But every week, we find out that she has been lying. (NAFTA, peace in Ireland, and now Bosnia) I don't expect a First Lady to have a super impressive resume, but it disturbs me that a Presidential nominee can lie like this on a regular basis. (it forshadows what her administration would be like)

    9/11 and the towers ... that was al queda and afghanistan.

    jeeebus. i'm not sure who's worse, hillary using being tired as an excuse for a flat out lie (it's not like she just confused the location for getting shot at while landing at one of numerous other hostile sites she's visited), or you for confusing the two.

    maltesemidget, if you've got any integrity or honor (like mccain, who admitted his error in thinking al queda was in iran, and who i'm sure has been through much more than just sleep deprivation as a pow), you'd fess up about your error.

    or you can act like the clownbutt you profess to admire.

    i'm opposed to a fair chunk of mccain's policies, but i don't doubt his honesty or integrity, unlike clinton. i don't doubt hillary's a very smart person -- but for someone really smart she sure acts really dumb. and i'm afraid she just can't hide her poor character.

    either way, it's hard to argue that obama provides the best hope and opportunity for real change and a better future for this country.
