Aztec Dancing is not just beautiful and colorful, it's also a way for Hispanic people to keep in touch with their culture and a way to pass down their cultural heritage.
The dancing also unites people from other cultures such as Native Americans, who also share a passion for dancing.
We take a closer look at the dancers and their preparation and find out how it's more than just dancing, it's a form of meditation and and promotes health and spiritual well being too.

An excellent look at a lesser known part of Latino heritage.
Good pod. -
I really enjoyed this pod. Well edited, well shot, and well told. You've got some great b-roll in here and some great sound clips; I think the quote about race v. culture is especially interesting. Is he saying race should precede culture in order to unify a people? I think this idea is well worth exploring a little more. Nice job on a very informative and interesting pod.
