Wilders releases movie against Quran

Dutch politician Geert Wilders has released his controversial movie called 'Fitna the Movie', which revolves around the islam and why it leading to terrorism, in his views.

The Liveleak site is currently overcrowded because of the high media attention but once you've seen it i'd like to know what you think.

  • The sheer fact that this has already been pulled from LiveLeak proves that Islam is an incredibly dangerous faith. Not only to the health of those who oppose it in anyway shape or form, but to freedom of speech in the modern world.

  • I think this is not freedom of expression but a filthy and disgusting frustration of a psycho man. Quran is more superior than his nut like brain. Just only giving References without context does not proof anything because in the context Quran has the cure for Westerners (Wilder like People) disease.

  • i agree with Arkitect. islam is out of control...i dont think any religion is bad at its core but i think this religion has been warped and twisted beyond recognition. This religion is spinning out of control. it jeopardizes all freedoms and let us hope that people realize this put an end to its disease like spread.

    it brainwashes, suppresses freedom, and is intolerant...doesnt sound like anything i want in this world

  • you all talking about against islam and etc...but i perfer all of you...that you don`t have any right to say something about any religion...you people must get proper knowledge about that Islam and then start crticism.
    i am muslim and belong from Pakistan...where i think so its the best religion..and we have liberty on every thing..and islam only applied limits on some specific things..like to do sex...and i think its good..you can do it only with your wife..and don`t match someone with ALLAH..this are the main things..
    or Islam is not bad but some people you know present it in a very bad manner in fron of you people...and its due to the media and agencies which wana to make your mind against ISlam..
    "THE MESSAGE" movie which was produced i think 20 years before....
    this movie show islam in a right manner..and it is also directed by the english director...so you must watch that also./

  • Ali9696 i do agree with you but you must admit that, although it may not be in your specific area, islam is being used and twisted by some people to achieve there own goals and control people. granted it happens here in the states but it still doesnt make it right. also no religion should be forced on to anyone be it islam, christianity, or any religion there should be a choice.

  • these westren people are sick. they blame us for terorrism but the fact is, they are terorrists themselves. taliban and osama were created by american cia against russia. know they are called terorrists and killed by americans. these people attack any country without any solid reason. they kill innocent children and women and call it war against terorr. muslims have sacrifice millions of lives in this war but they are still called terorrists. it is all because their war is against islam not against terorr.
    they dishounor our holly prophet and holly book and call it freedom of expresion.

    Your belief systems are your own business.
    My only concern is when they impinge on my culture, freedom and natural rights.

    My personal understanding is that your beliefs are fairy tales. All religious beliefs are fairy tales.
    They may contain elements of moral guidance but are at their very heart lies and ignorant misconceptions.

    Seems like fair comment from Geert Wilders.

    The Netherlands has, like most of Europe, a long and hard won tradition of satire and political/cultural free speech.
    Do the protesters in Pakistan (and some posters here) presume they have a right to pervert those traditions and rights?

    Are the Dutch not a distinct nation? A cultural, political and historical entity that has managed for thousands of years without Pakistan. In all honesty I despair at our 'rainbow' multicultural nations.
    All cultures are not equal.
    To pretend they are is doing a disservice to the sovereign nation states that 'host' the various groups of immigrants.

    Nations and cultures change over time — a long time. Multi-cultural experiments are artificial and meaningless.

    If you don't want your children to be Dutch don't move to Holland.
