First of all this looks a lot like the MIT Stata Center. And Gehry is being sued 200 million dollors or so because that building leaks like crazy. Also, the Stata Center is unpractically designed. The spaces in that building don't fit MIT's needs. Hopefully, Gehry learned from that and this building will be a success.
