Cities across the world are turning off their lights to bring attention to the need for conservation. Australian organizers hope 100 Million people will participate.

Today is Earth Hour!I'm really excited about this.

I think this is good for the media and for "awareness". This would be more effective if buisnesses and people would just turn off their non-essential lights and electronincs when they are not using them every day and not just one day in the year. Always practice your awareness of what is on and what does not need to be on. That would save more than most people believe.
