Dov strikes again! Good press, bad press...he doesn't give.

He's suing for $10 million? I understand that Allen says he didn't give permission to American Apparel to use his image in these ads. But how, then, did they make it all the way through the approval process and into print? Does American Apparel's marketing team know anything about the legal system and why you can't just use celebrities to endorse your product without their permission?
This sort of thing makes me smack my forehead. Der. -
