Scientists at the University of Pennsylvania say there is no evidence drinking large amounts of water is beneficial for the average healthy person, and do not know how this widely held belief came about.
And it's not just your insides, the authors of the study said that while dehydration can decrease skin stiffness, no studies have shown any clinical benefit to skin tone as a result of increased water intake.
See? it's only good as a mixer for whiskey.

this LIE is brought to us by Coca Cola, Hillary Clinton, and Brawndo - the thirst mutilator...with electrolytes!
i'd imagine these UPenn losers will end up somewhere very hot and dry, where there is no water -
I think it was a massive conspiracy by these beverage companies to get us to consume more water than our bodies really need. I think our bodies are like cars. It will tell when it's thirsty. Just like putting bad gas can screw up it's system, so can bad foods, smoking and too much alcohol. Our bodies are extraordinary, but relatively easy to maintain. Just don't let it go.
