This is a thought provoking short article from the appeal democrat (from California) regarding our neighboring State's battle with same sex marriage. It makes a good point, that once we start locking down the definition of marriage, and making more and more restrictions on marriage (and even divorce) it is not a real stretch until it hurts all individuals who are involved in relationships. It would be wise for all individuals to think twice before jumping on the "initiative petition" bandwagon!
