UAE prime minister Sheikh Mohammad and Chinese President Hu Jintao met in Bejing in hopes of working together to reinforce their fast-growing economic ties between two sides.
The prime minister of the oil-rich United Arab Emirates who is also vice-president of the Emirates and ruler of Dubai,arrived in Beijing on Monday for a four-day official visit.
The UAE is China's second-biggest trade partner in the Gulf after Saudi Arabia.
China has been scouring the world in recent years to secure enough energy resources to fuel its booming economy, successfully building trade ties with the oil-rich Arab nations as well as Africa.
