there is much more need for control in a polarized society than in a balanced one, if there is a need for raw power, then it will always be monopolized, which is what government is, a monopolization of power. anarchy and buddhism are related.
we will never know who killed kennedy or what hit the pentagon in 2001, but we see this very private information legistorm has published. wikileaks was running into similar issues not so long ago. society is used to being abused. the main reason why one could say these two cases took place is simply so that more jurisdiction can be pushed into our law system and keep citizens even more aside from relevant information. we have enough proof now that the spread of online technology is a great tool for equality, hence, those holding the power will play chess as usual and tie you to a chair and waterboard you.
the system is morphing as it has always been, it is moving, "the times are changing", "nuclear power cannot stop the time". in the end, it seems to be a matter of anxiety and how societies, through time, are in peace or not with different levels of stress.
