Say the Beeb:
Birmingham City officials have asked for the football club's shares to be temporarily suspended "pending an announcement" later.
The move comes after the club's co-owner David Sullivan and managing director Karren Brady - who appeared on a celebrity version of The Apprentice - were arrested and questioned, before being bailed.
The pair were questioned by police in connection with allegations of false accounting and conspiracy to defraud. The London Stock Exchange has suspended the club's shares.
Karren Brady will always be known as the "first lady of football", after entering the Birmingham City boardroom at the tender age of 23.
