The curtain will be rising Thursday in Atlanta for the first of six performances of a collaboration between Big Boi and the Atlanta Ballet: a work called "big."

Prepare yourself for an event like you've never experienced before - big, the groundbreaking collaboration between Atlanta Ballet and Antwan 'Big Boi' Patton of OutKast. This innovative World Premiere fuses the visual experience of Atlanta's professional ballet company with hip-hop music, perfomed live by Atlanta's own Grammy Award-winning visionary. Joining Big Boi and Atlanta Ballet's exquisite dancers onstage will be talented voices such as Sleepy Brown, Janelle Monáe, Joi Gilliam, Scar, Big Rube, Rock D, and members of the musical group Konkrete.
