Acoustic Trespassing it is a Legal term to identify Acoustic Pollution and Its Human Rights Violation and Torture.
If you are going to enter with a Legal Litigation Process against Public Transportation Acoustic Violations, or any other ones that fall into the same category, the Legal Term to use is:
"Acoustic Trespassing."
No one is trying to re-invent the wheel on this one and the legal principals and response for this human rights violation and urban menace falls into the same Laws of Physical Trespassing.
