A toddler in a stroller nearly died on Saturday when high winds blew him in to Chicago's Lake Michigan.
The toddlers grandfather jumped in to save him but he have to be saved himself.
The toddler was unconscious when he was pulled from the lake after being under water for nearly 15 minutes.
They don't call it the "Windy City" for nothing. It's incredible that he is still alive. It's cold in the lake.
