Thousands of successful water-conversions around the world are proof that this technology works and will soon catch on! From being used by this guy's torch, HHO gas can prove to be a means to fuel automobiles. The prospect of using HHO to fuel cars successfully almost seems like a dream come true.

  • it is nice to see there finally a new type of energy source is introduced. hopefully, it is as good as it seems. however, about the website.... 2 things i wanna point out: 1. according to the video, the inventor is working on a contract with a auto maker, so i dont think he will use a website to profit from this.
    2. if the owner of the website is not the inventor, and if what he sells works, i will say good luck. he will face copyright law suit and lose every penny he got. if it doesnt work, no point to buy from that website then,

  • Sure as heck looks like it. I don't really believe the website, but the science and technology looks pretty legit. Wikipedia--yes, the infallible Wikipedia--says that HHO gas "is widely used for torches for the processing of refractory materials." As the website, KeithdaSneith, I suggest you take it off, just because it looks like you're trying to sell something, and I know you aren't, brother.

  • Something I have always wondered about this whole water for fuel issue. Sure its a good alternative to fossil fuels, because we are running out but....What happens when we run out of water? I assume at least a portion of the H20 is lost in the process, even if the bi-product is clean water it won't be the same amount right? We prolly thought we would never run out of oil when it was first discovered wouldn't also then make sense that at some point in the perhaps distant future we would run out of water as well? Sounds bad to me...

  • That's no fraud, Countrykerns - electrolysis separates, "gasifies" the oxygen and the hydrogen of water, and a flame can be obtained from the resulting gases, after which, the oxygen and the hydrogen recombine to produce water.

  • Stan Meyer invented a hydrogen fuel cell that converts any automobile to run on tap water. This conversion kit now made by HydroStar sells for $1500.

  • THIS IS SIMPLY AMAZING BUT PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD ARE DYING DUE TO LACK OF DRINKABLE WATER SO THIS IF WE DID CONVERT WATER INTO A SOURCE OF FUEL IT WOULD GO HAND AND HAND WITH BIOFUELS WHEN WE HAVE STARVING PEOPLE.

  • jrock108, you needn't yell... sea water works just as well if not better. It doesn't require drinkable water, and what comes out of the "exhaust" is pure water which can be recuperated. So, it would have no impact on the food crisis.

  • Where do the supporters of this fraud think the power to break the electron bonds between the two Hydrogens and the Oxygen come from, the car battery? The commercial method to obtain hydrogen gas uses steam heat and natural gas (95%), the electrolysis of water requires far too much energy to make it a worthwhile methodology. Interesting that HydroStar purportedly can build and sell a kit to do this for $1500 whereas GM has spent 100s of millions, perhaps billions developing a hydrogen fueled vehicle which they are promoting with a 100 vehicle market test supposedly in the LA and NYC areas. This will likely end similarly to their first foray in hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in the Washington DC area a few of years ago; a bust. Those at HydroStar must be much much smarter than the engineers at GM.

  • adft, with Stan Meyer's system, the amount of electricity needed for the electrolysis to produce the power for a car is far less than the amount of electricity needed to power a car with an electric motor. The power comes from the water inasmuch as the water is the fuel which provides the hydrogen.

  • Contrykenrs, it is not a fraud, and the Meyer system requires far less energy than with ordinary electrolysis - and yes, the car battery supplies more than enough electricity.

  • Even if it uses sea water, the point is it is still using WATER! Our source of life, should we allow ourselves to use it to motor ourselves to the mall? Starving people may not drink "sea water" But whales, sharks, and a WHOLE LOT more do..But i guess I'm just thinking long term on this one..

  • This is not going to deplete the seas and the oceans. The "exhaust" from such car engines is water. Water evaporates, goes up into the atmosphere, forms clouds, the clouds give rain, the rain goes back into the seas and the oceans as well as on land where it flows into rivers and lakes. I think you're evoking a false and groundless problem.

  • It does seem like a dream come true... until I visit the websites out there that advertise the technology. I have a simple rule when i visit a product web site: If there is a seemingly unrelated picture of an attractive woman, it's either something I really don't need, or its a scam!

  • Those sites are scams--this guy isn't selling them to people, he's trying to work out plans with motor companies. Such an act as trying to sell it on the internet would probably compromise that.

  • I guess the other question I have is: How much energy does it take to create the HHO, and is this going to turn out like corn ethanol, which uses more energy in its creation than it produces?

  • How much greenhouse gases would be expended in the processing, and won't this put too much water vapor in the atmosphere? Isn't it enough that over one billion people in this world don't have potable water to drink and live on? I'm sorry, but I don't go for this at all.

  • Alright, to clarify some people's misconceptions of this technology:

    1. No water is lost in the process. Electricity breaks water, flame makes water out of gases. Basic chemistry.
    2. WATER IS NOT AN ENERGY SOURCE! Water merely acts as a battery. It takes electricity (from fossil fuels mostly) to break the bonds. Burning the gases converts them back to water, and releases the energy. Energy in, energy out. Again chemistry.
    3. Sea water might be able to be used, most equipment requires distilled water to prevent corrosion.
    4. This is not suitable for cars by itself yet. Hydrolysis requires high voltages that current batteries cannot supply. Hydrogen cars require heavy duty tanks to hold the gas, and at high pressures is a danger. This is not to say it can't be used as a hybrid, because hydrogen improves efficiency.

    There is no ultimate energy source, all have their problems, We need a diverse, and green energy infrastructure.

  • This is how i see this happening. 1gallon water goes in tank...electricity "changes" H20 to HHO then somehow magically This HHO after being used as fuel, now please correct me if I am wrong but it seems that at least a portion of the water is "burnt" up in this process which means <1gallon of water is "emitted" It doesn't add up to me. Some one please tell me how something can use water, deplete energy from the water then re-release the same amount of water to do it's watery thing in the future?

  • it is possible that energy used to break the H2O is less than the energy it emit when it burns. there r many factors that can change the energy needed for a chemical reaction, such as temperature or pressure. it is possible the method he uses does the trick. however, it has to be tested by labs. To be honest, even it works, the big companies will hold this until the last drop of oil runs out. It is a matter of business and profit. It seems the oil company already hurry cashing out right now.

  • Vierotchka's right. look up Stan Meyer... the man was assassinated because he came up with a comparable method that would have put the oil companies out of business.

  • Worth emphasizing: Water is NOT an energy source. It's more like a battery.

    Decomposing water costs energy. Putting the water back together again liberates energy. However, you cannot use much of that energy for useful work (even the best full-sized power plants typically get 60% efficiency, max).

    A lot of people's comments indicate that they are worried that the water is somehow destroyed - it's not. You're recombining all of that hydrogen with oxygen, so all of the water that goes in is coming back out as water.

    And I want to put this out... YES WE CAN MAKE ENERGY from Sea water. By harvesting Deuterium for Nuclear Fusion and is naturally abundant on our oceans, one atom of Deuterium in 6500 approximately.

    Yes, fusion holds tremendous promise. However, that's not what this article is talking about.

  • hi there, I use water to fuel a car as a supplement to gasoline. In fact, very little water is needed, only one quart of water provides over 1800 gallons of HHO gas which can literally last for months and significantly increase your car fuel efficiently, improve emissions quality, and save money.
