I have strange dreams about how I spend my days too... I just thought that was natural. In college one professor explained to my class that it's the brain's way of relaying some short term memories for long storage. So why are these people freaking out about dreaming of computers or texting if they spend time doing it? Many of my bartender friends talk about dreams where they're bartending... I have dreams about riding my bike (I ride about 25-35 miles a day)... Live with it people... I personally would loved to be plugged in more than I am... even though I am against texting.

  • This is interesting because I can relate to the author; sometimes I dream of editing video, and just as I'm about to finish my project in Final Cut Pro, the mouse stops responding and I wake up in a fit.

    Yeah, I need to unplug for a day.

  • This doesn't happen with me. I guess it's because I take my time to daydream, and not concentrate on one thing for too long. Everything in moderation, I guess.

  • I find this very interesting, I stay online more than lots of people that I know. But I don't do the same thing all day; it is a full variety of activities, to photo editing, writing poems, creating new blog sites (for fun) and keeping up with Current events, etc. I see most of what I do as healthy, yet....no doubt excessive.

    I do not own a TV (by choice) so none of that stuff.

    I grapple with this issue for only one reason, I will admit having the Internet has helped me detach from the HR. hmmm?

  • It only happened to me once and my rists started bleeading realy bad all over my laptop well thats what it felt like anyhow so now im trying to figure out what exactly i need to do to communicate to people
