Scalia SPEAKS OUT: Bush V. Gore was not poltically motivated

If his decision wasn't politically motivated---what else is there? It certainly wasn't based on the law to let the votes get counted. Is he suggesting somebody paid him?

    • Scalia went hunting with Cheney right before he ruled against other courts to keep Cheney’s Energy Policy secrets.

Do you think Cheney threatened to 'shoot him in the face' if it didn't go his way? He has been known to shoot people in the face. LOL

Sure it was political. My answer to him is, ‘IT WAS AN ELECTION ST**ID’. How can it not be political? What is politics if they are not elected. ‘Decidership’?

Sorry about the st**id. I just couldn't bring myself to refer to a Supreme Court Justice as stupid.

    • Scalia claiming Bush / Gore wasn't politically motivated? The supreme court and his votes and antics with Dick Cheney since then suggest otherwise.
