  • so far the US will not allow imports because of safety regulations, i.e. bumper tests etc...
    also fyi, it still takes fuel to run compressors to compress the air in the first place, not that it delineates its worth but good to note.

  • s_Cruzme as an alternative source of fuel the compressed air car can be refuelled by using a Magnetic run generator so costing very little and not depleting resources..the old problem occurs ..what happens to the mogols who make their money from oil?They are not going to be very pleased but at least it is a beginning to really changing the economies around the world.

  • I've been promoting Guy Nègre's car on various discussion boards for many years now. He has been selling franchises on small factories to build those cars in the third world for a few million dollars apiece. The only drawback, according to some, is the noise - but then at least one can hear them coming, unlike other cars which are so silent that one might cross a road and be hit by a car because it makes practically no noise at all. Blind people, old people and children are particularly at risk. Guy Nègre's cars don't present such danger.

    I've been following the Air Car for years, but that tiny "air engine" that you can hold in your hand blew my mind. That guy is a genius!

    China and India are exploding with new capital and they're starting to buy large amounts of automobiles. We're all living in terror at the massive increase of pollution that will mean if a few BILLION more cars hit the road.

    If we can convince them to invest in Air Cars now -- and start creating the air infrastructure now -- that will solve all our problems.

    China and India will get to have cars and the rest of the planet will be spared the punishment of all that extra pollution.

    Damn, the next president shouldn't just watch this on YouTube passively -- he (Obama) should be handing these guys a few millions dollars and access to our finest labs in order to get this technology jumpstarted and finalized as quickly as possible.

  • i think this is a good thing ! i like 2 one. but think about it what the $ would be like only rich ppl can get at 1 , right? or can ever one get it with out killing our $
