A Journey Within is a peek into the life of Ariel Kala Royale, the founder of Akashic Yoga. Ariel has dealt with the struggles of being a single mother from the death of her husband. Her goal is to spread the powerful effects of mudra technology and share the spirit that Akashic yoga can have on the soul. She is a mystic, a yoga teacher, a spiritual healer, and refers to herself as a catalyst. "You are your own guru" (Royale).

This really captures a mood. With the music, light, and photography I felt a true spirit was lit up mirroring the topic at hand. I hope current picks this up. Many folks would benefit from seeing this. I found this really interesting.

I feel that this truly shows the beauty of inner reflection and the need to feel free in your own skin. I have engaged in several of these techniques, and while at the time I may have felt insecure, it helped to get me in touch with me. I also feel this was beautifully filmed.
