I feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
It seems that Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper called Limbaugh a "dangerous domestic terrorist" that should be locked up.
So if Rush shows up in Denver he can and will get arrested.

Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper is right, good for him for standing up against this fool.
-
"....he can and will get arrested"
One can only hope. Where is Homeland Security when you ned them? -
I read a hilarious headline in a blog today - "FatAss Junkie Limbaugh Puts His Foot in His Snout"! :D
-
That is the best news I've heard all week. Call it like it is "dangerous domestic terrorist" How can the Federal Authorities ignore Limbaugh's threat now? Way to go Denver.
-
Another parallel with Mayor Daley in 68 isn't it?
Glenn Spagnuolo, an organizer with the protest group Re-create 68, mimicked a comment by state Rep. Douglas Bruce, R-Colorado Springs, by saying: "We don't need another 5,000 illiterate Limbaugh listeners coming to Colorado."
I wonder since Rush is such an egomaniac, if he would have the guts to show up and face the consequences of his attempts to spread chaos? -
Yes according to the new Homeland Terrorist bill he qualifies as a domestic terrorist and can be sent to Guantanamo and questioned(tortured) about his plans to disrupt the fabric of peace in our country. Watch what you ask for Limbaugh you might get it "riots in the streets of Denver"
-
This is redicules.
This is taken out of context.
He did not say nor was he calling for riots in Denver.
He said Al Sharpton said that there would be marchs(ie riots) in Denver if Obama went into the convention with the popular vote and did not come out with the Nomination. He expressely said he was not calling for riots.
He did go on to say that he did not think that the Democrats having political control of the country was good for the safety of the country and if Al Sharpton did go through with the marchs and riots that AL Sharpton's actions would virtually assure a Republican win in November. -
He said "his dream was to have riots in the streets of Denver" even if he got the idea from Al Sharpton he fully endorsed it just to have something to make the Democrats look bad and distract away from the mess the Republicans are in.
That's what his "chaos" is all about, not anything good about the Republican's chances in the election, only making the Democrats look worse so that it'll be a better comparison.
It's a pretty selfish and weak position when you want others to suffer just to advance your own ambitions. Rush puts his own desires over what's best for the country. -
maybe he can take Ann Coulter with him -
Great idea Incredulous. They would make a cute couple in orange jail clothes. karrde, He meant it to start riots. He tried to word it to avoid responsibility but he meant it nonetheless. What he did is like saying It would be too bad if there were riots in Denver that would cost the Democrats the election. Meaning go to Denver and cause trouble. He is a pig and only idiots listen to him.
-
What's not taken out of context is the goal for his "Operation Chaos" since it's a direct quote from his show "The dream end is that this keeps up and we have a replay of the 1968 convention with burning cars, fires, protests, literal riots and all of that since that's the objective here"
-
I think we should keep Uncle Rush around as a cautionary whale: Warning to all Dems -- this is the arrogance level that full political control of both the executive and legislative branches leads to. Don't turn into this after 4 years of power.
Balance is good. Sometimes we need the unbalanced people to remind us why. :) -
Can you name one, just one instance of Olbermann using hate speech? Since you say it spills out daily, this should be easy eh Clayjj05?
