FAM is a 100% scientifically backed natural birth control method. Basically, you only have sex when there is no way in hell you can get pregnant (way before or right after you ovulate).

It is the best way to keep hormones out of the environment and crazy things like IUDs out of your body.

The previous poster said, "after natural family planning failed them" (referring to her friends). With FAM, the only way the method fails is if the PERSON fails. Her friends made mistakes, the method did not.

If you practice the method correctly, there is NO WAY you can get pregnant. It's not scientifically possible to get pregnant after you've ovulated. Period.

Get the book "Taking Charge of your Fertility" and learn.

One last point...the previous posted suggested not using FAM "if you are absolutely in no position to have a baby or get pregnant."

How about take responsibility for your actions? If you are in no position to get pregnant DON'T HAVE SEX. Every mothod has a tiny chance of failure. If you cannot have a baby, DON'T HAVE SEX.

Otherwise, practice FAM and help save the earth!"
