Barack Obama responds to his former pastors remarks that he thinks are "divisive and destructive". Reverend Jeremiah Wright and Senator Obama have been exchanging comments like these through the press for the past two months. Who do you think is right?

Obama needs this guy on his side like a hole in the head.
Rev Wright has seen an opportunity to "enhance" his reputation at the cost of what might be the most positive force in American politics since JFK.....
I do hope the good old US of A has the good sense to vote Barack becuase there is a big mess to clean up and he is the only person making the right sounds about doing it.
And dont make me laugh with talk about democracy...... A two party system is not democracy.-

I think Obama responded well to an isue that should have never arisen in the first place. Rev. Wright is a pastor, not a politician. I don't think the media has asked this question yet: What ever happened to seperation of church and state? As written in the pastors own bible, Jesus once said "Give Ceasar what belongs to Caesar, and give God what belongs to God". Clearly, the two subjects should stay apart.

The Rev. needs to be stop talking like right now.
-
The Rev can talk as much as he wants..... thats his constitutional right, Its up to everyone to form an opinion for themselves.
But if the outburst of a self satisfying fool live rev wright leads you to think that Obama is a cockroach then I think you need to do a bit more reseach into his history and policies.... the guy is an absolute inspiration. Dont let FOX fool you!-

Why does Obama have to apologize for Reverend Wright? The media has made this WAY too big of an issue...or at least put it on Obama's back way more than is appropriate
-
Of course they are nwillens, they dont have anything else to smear him with so they are clutching at straws....
Mrsmithers.... WWF, Hulk Hogan, GI Joe? I bet you look like comic store guy.-

MSM's plan:
Smear Obama until he is unelectable.
Q: Why is the Reverend an issue today?
A: Because Bill O'Wrongly would not let this "story" die. He still refuses to let it die. Eventually other news networks picked up on it and made it news.
Why do you think things like Flag Lapels and Standing at The Pledge of Allegiance are "electoral issues"?
Fox Noise would like nothing more than to take Obama out of the race, so they can crucify Hillary and give the republican party another victory. However, they don't have any real dirt on him, so they will take what they can get and use it to the best of thier spin doctor's abilities.
I just don't understand how some people can still support our current government and president after all the crap they have done to us all. Not to mention what they have done to people worldwide.-

We Americans get distracted by the stupidest things, don't we? There are more important things to focus in on during an election than Rev. Wright, flag lapel pins, and covering one's heart during the pledge of allegiance.

What does this Reverend have to do with the issues that Barack stands for? Nobody in the MSM seems to be talking about that. Obama seems distracted by all of if, then Hillary has a photo-op promoting her fake gas "holiday" crap!
The issues are Iraq (which includes the War itself, the Wounded and the dead and their families), The Economy, US Healthcare and fixing the problems created by this current, pathetic administration!
Not what had someone's pastor says in his pulpit every Sunday. The media has once again skewed the issues away from what we need to be paying attention to.
Why aren't these Democratic candidates focusing their attentions against John McCain?-

Obama needs to distance himself from Wright as much as possible. He could bring him down..I think some white voters might be scared of Wright and his message.
It's called strategy, duh. If Obama wasn't the man he is, then his association with Wright would be OK. But when people are considered radical and you're running for public office, just step away.
