Storthes Hall Ghosts

We filmed in the still-standing main asylum building which is now a derelict shell containing dark rooms, distant corridors, and even torture chambers. Collecting over four hours of footage we didn't get anything remotely interesting so our proposed documentary was canned. However, on the final night, we did capture some interesting few seconds.
The video shows the footage in full then repeats it a couple of times, then once on slow speed. Look out for a flash of light that when paused looks like a a person (head, shoulders, and arm) pointing. Is this 'ghost' telling us to leave. Prior to this, listen out for what sounds like a scream. As far as we are aware, none of the small crew made the sound, as we honestly wanted to find real footage.

...a few people have asked me to point out the exact timings of when things occur...
THE SCREAM sound - 45 - 47secs
THE FLASH - immediately after on about 48secs. (and in slow-motion at 1.18 - 1.20secs. With full definition the possible head and arm are more clear but on this footage you can see the formation of a body with arms out-stretched appearing as a flash moving quickly from right to left in the centre of the screen. - 3 years ago

I heard the scream like sound and think I am able to make out the ghost. Its a pity the doc was canned despite the absence of evidence of ghosts I think it still would make interesting watching. Any chance of a 5min version for current?

Just some extra info about this vid:
This is footage from an unfinished documentary I was working on about the supposed hauntings at ex-mental asylum-turned-student halls of residence Storthes Hall Campus.
This is the best 'evidence' we found of possible ghosts in the building. Tony Avino was filming interior shots when we wrapped for the night. He kept the camera running as he exited the main asylum building which is now just a shell. On leaving the building, if you listen and watch closely, you first hear a strange scream-like sound followed by something coming in front of the camera. The camera was set to night-vision at the time and reacts to solid objects in its field of view. When played in slow motion, the flashing image appears to be a person with a head and arm showing quite clearly.
None of the crew were within 50 yards of the camera at the time. While it would be easy to fake, we wanted the make an authentic documentary, so no one would have knowingly made the sounds or faked the image. The building itself is a long way away from the main campus so any sound coming from the campus wouldn't have been picked up. Having watched the footage hundreds of times with many people, it still remains unexplained.
The video here plays the unedited footage in full, then replays it in slow motion a couple of times.
See what you make of it.
