Since I began posting to this blog almost two years ago, we have seen much happen in the world of water. We have seen the steady decline of water safety and democracy worldwide with glacier melt threatening the water supplies of millions becoming more prevalent. Drought is an affliction that has now enveloped close to 40% of our planet. We have seen the effects of ethanol production as it now is revealed to be nothing more than a corporate/political scam set upon us to deplete our food and water sources which has caused riots in many developing areas of the world. Corporatization of our public trust is increasing, with political power looking to gain control over world water resources as they did oil. The outlook after seeing all of this may seem bleak.
However, we have seen some positive things come about as well. More people than ever are becoming aware of the global water crisis and water justice movement. More are standing up to the bottled water interests and demanding not only accountability but boycotting the bottle and they are feeling the pinch. The effects of citizen activism are being felt worldwide as information and truth seeps its way across the Internet to the hearts and minds of people who are now more awakened and empowered to take action to preserve this planet and our precious resources.
And that must continue, for the task before us is monumental. For times are bleak across much of the world particularly in Africa and Asia where water resources become scarcer due to corruption, mismanagement, climate change, and pollution, and where the ability to speak out against it is but a dream. Therefore, caring about water and its future is a global duty.
It is incumbant upon all of us as citizens of the world to ask questions, research, demand accountability, and work for water justice. That includes clean, safe, healthy sources that seek to bring not only health but peace to areas of the world where running water is the greatest gift they could have to sustain their bodies, their minds and their souls, which is true freedom.
So while I look out on the landscape of the planet and see an encroaching crisis, I also see an unprecedented opportunity for the human race to find within itself the will and courage to save itself. And the continued flow of information, truth, and opportunity will surely aid in that goal.
We must not relent in seeing an international convention on water declaring it a human right and setting the standards for addressing this right and fulfilling the goals and obligations that will lead to true water justice.
As Maude Barlow states here, "the right to water is an idea whose time has come."

That time is now.

Amazing that people would actually vote against others having clean water.

Yes, Amazing! On the other view, free speech gives a bottom statistical analysis of how many people are against environmental ideals of Health, Safety and Cleanness added to plain good common sense of doing things right.
That just confirm us the existence of a culture of individuals that have some kind of addiction to chaos. Actually, they make money on confusion and distraction and false accusations!
Our own Network proves what I am talking about here! Have you watched TV lately? I can not hold more than a few minutes in front of the TV. Sure there are some good programs and that counts for the minutes I am expending in front of it, but it could be a lot better! There are so many good environmental News happening and something or someone (s) are sleeping on the tracks airing "junk" issues that are more part of the problem than part of the solution.
On the same token, It is like trying to do our projects to clean up our environment and in the same time, having this psychopath personality besides you screaming, "hey, look at me," and pouching you with all kinds of things to drive you into their chaos and way of life. Their motto is: "Harass, Divide and Conquer!"
Well, I always pray that one day they will see GOD's idea and design by looking and imagining when the Earth was conceptualized first. Its form, shape, content and daily rhythm, producing oxygen, water, wind and everything else making life happening on a daily basis. I hope with my prayers that maybe they will see that the earth's equilibrium concept and ideals are not so bad after all and that they can still have many ways to make money with it without bring their chaos with them. Better yet if they learn to develop an entrepreneurship that respects Nature and Life by being healthy, safe and clean. -
Stopnoise: I agree. I really don't watch much TV anymore. Only if there is something on Discovery, History Channel, or Equator HD do I watch or if there is a movie I like. Otherwise I can do without it. Current truly has become my source for news and I am so grateful to have it as a place to contribute news as well. And as far as the environment is concerned I pay no attention to the screaming. Once you know you are on the right side and the right path no amount of distractionary screaming can move you off course. I'm just hopng that a far worse catastrophe than those we have seen does not have to happen before people move onto that course. Thanks again for responding.

I agree with both of you. Water is our most precious resource. We must cherish the water because it is our life.
Have you ever heard of Masaru Emoto?
He has been researching the properties of water and the theory being floated is that water is alive. -
When TV was invented, the original inventors dreamed that from its invention, it would be happening a social and economic revolution and in the process greatly benefit education. If anyone got the time to read some history about the invention of the Television, here is a link.

Television still holding the mass audience in the United States. This war was fabricated in part by Controlled Television Network Production! I do Thank Current Networks for the opportunity to express myself. However being part of it raise my feelings to make it better for people, for education and the environment. There are a lots of things that TV can do right now to refine its programming towards human education and development. Here is a little personal history. I guess many of you already know I love Radio. Not so long ago Radio was controlled and as they say democratically free. What that means? It means that people still controlling it but the musical programing was done by a popular voting system. My GOD, at some point it got so bad that I could not listen to it any longer. That means that some times the majority that is out there voting are not always into quality but into making wars. It become a daily shooting out game of destruction. I am not sure if that changed because I stopped listening to it. Now, just recently I had the opportunity to create a radio station to air something that is at least pleasant to ear it. Sure everything has its time and what is there is not everything but a little sample of Modern Rock and Roll.
So, what is the point here. The point is that the some majority are not always right and that we need help from our own Network to be able to reach that maximum audience numbers as possible with our Environmental News Release. I hope all you guys at the TVNEWS editorial board are willing to help us to do this. We do not want to settled to be only a Cyber Journal! We want to be Cyber Journal, TV, Internet, Magazine, Film, Theater and anything you can think about out there!
I personally have the goal to reach the biggest population ever with my human health environmental message! We got to change that wrong perception out there and there are a lots things Current TV Networks can do to help us out. -
jubal: I had heard his name once but never researched him. Though I have to say that I do believe water has a life form all its own as well, and is a healing source. Is it just coincidence that 70% of Earth is made of water, which is the same percentage of water in the human body? What better way to tell us that we are connected to this planet?
Is it just coincidence that many cultures from the Egyptians to the Chinese revere water as a mystical life giving source of energy? In many religions newborns are received into their faiths by baptism with water. Water is the one source that refreshes and revives us. It is the liquid of hope. Why? What brings those feelings on us? Why do we feel so much different after a shower, or even walking in the rain? or drinking a glass of it? What is the source of its mystical power?
I have also been fascinated with the power of thunderstorms all of my life. I used to look forward to them just so i could go out in the pouting rain to feel it coming down on me... to refresh me and make me feel 'new' again... And even to make me feel sexy and passionate. Water has a very powerful effect and influence on all life from beginning to end.
So yes, water is alive and how we treat it is truly a reflection of our souls. Which is why I believe that to pollute it is to do a great disservice not only to ourselves but to the lifeforce of this planet.-

Jan, what he has researched and has photographic evidence of is that water reacts to human thoughts.
The crystals that form are based on the thought forms being embedded into the water by the participants in the study.
He argues, if your thoughts can have such an effect on water then they surely would have an effect on human beings who are made up of mostly water.
If we think thoughts of love and peace and joy towards one another, the water within us will react to those thoughts and produce the desired results in harmony with our autonomic systems, while if we think thoughts of death, hate, and fear, these too will produce results in the human being, in ourselves.
How many time has someone looked at themselves in the mirror and said silently to themselves, "you horrible ugly person, I hate you, your fat, etc, etc."
I know that I have done so in the past.
I tell you I no longer do that, and I have made it a point to keep my level of awareness up so I do not do that to others. For example, where I find it most difficult to keep it from happening is while I am driving in my car in traffic and people drive like fools taking risks and driving like lunatics. I sometimes will say things like, "you stupid idiot, you looser, etc." I hate it when I slip like that. But I don't beat myself up either, I just bring my awareness back to the fact that yes I slipped and now I can bless that person, instead of curse them.
I learned about this guy from watching the movie "What the Bleep Do We Know."
