Ever wonder how the "stars" stay in heels all the time. I don't know about you, but after two hours I like to pull my flip flops out of my purse and stash the heels back in.
Well, apparently they get injections that create "pillows in your feet."
"'It's biodegradable hyaluronic acid and Sephadex [sugar glucose beads], which stimulates your own soft tissue to produce more collagen,' Chelin explains. 'We're just replacing what nature takes away.' "
"Results can last up to 18 months, he says, although 'many high-heel devotees get treated about a week before their big glam outings.' "
Men are jumping on the wagon too.
I don't know about you but I will stick with the flip flops.

And that's why I stick to Mary Janes and clunky boots. (I'd go with flats but, well, I'm short. And I like to not sprain my neck staring up at everyone.)
